Are you looking for a quiet studio space? Our studio can be used for master classes and workshops, yoga and meditation, photography/ video shoots, movement rehearsals, and so much more. Our three dance studios come equipped with professional sprung wood floors, stationary and mobile ballet barres, tall dance mirrors, and a sound system.
The studio includes two bathrooms and a large waiting/reception area. There is a convenient dressing room space for participants to keep bags and anything else they desire. To keep the kids happy, we have a children’s play area with a TV, VCR, toys, books, and more.

The dimensions of each studio space is as follows:
Studio 1 – approximately 40′ wide x 25′ long
Studio 2 – approximately 35′ wide x 20′ long
Studio 3 – approximately 35′ wide x 15′ long
* Each studio has a viewing window so parents (or those not participating in class) can watch the class without being a distraction to the students.
Guidelines
- No street shoes allowed. Bare feet and dance shoes are the only acceptable shoes for the dance studio. Tap shoes are permitted.
- No food or beverages allowed in the studio. Bottled water is allowed.
- Renters must provide a certificate of insurance.
Location
District Dance is located in The Kentlands. This popular area offers shopping and eating within walking distance. There is ample parking available.
