“Dancing with my daughter Vanessa in the “Daddy-Daughter Dance” at the Spring Recital is something I look forward to each year! I enjoy dressing up fancy with her (and the other Dads and Daughters) for a few minutes of pure excitement on stage. Time seems to stand still when dancing in the moment with my beautiful girl!”

Who Should Participate?
The Daddy Daughter dance is a wonderful opportunity for fathers* to spend quality time with their daughters. Together they will learn a dance and perform this dance on-stage at our June Recital.
*Granddads, uncles, brothers, friends, or guardians are invited to perform in place of the traditional “dad” or if dad is not able to attend due to a scheduling conflict, travel, military service, etc.
Daughters must be 3 years old by January 1, 2020.
The Daddy Daughter dance is great fun but it involves physical movement. If you have physical conditions that prohibit you from exercising, please check with your doctor and contact us before you register.
How Much Does it Cost?
The fee to participate is $50 before March 1 and $75 on or after March 1. This fee includes all rehearsals, a choreography video delivered via online streaming, exciting events after rehearsal, and a beautiful, surprise gift for each family!
This fee is non-refundable, so please make sure you plan accordingly for the rehearsal dates and times and are fully committed before signing up.
When Are Rehearsals Held?
There are 3 rehearsals on the following dates:
- Saturday, April 25 (afternoon) at District Dance
- Saturday, May 16 (afternoon) at District Dance
- Dress Rehearsal – Tuesday, June 9 and Wednesday, June 10 around 4:30 pm at Robert E. Parilla Performing Arts Center
Rehearsals aren't all work! We look forward to making this year's rehearsals a truly special day with dad. Expect a few fun surprises at each rehearsal!
Rehearsals are “Closed Rehearsals” and we ask family and friends to help keep this special dance a surprise for everyone.

"As parents, we are always trying to “make memories” for our kids. Family vacations like cruises and Disney world are great but the memories from our dances are ours and ours alone."
