We must confess, we’ve been keeping a super fun secret over here at District Dance! BIG news has been brewing for the past couple of months and we can’t wait to finally share what’s in the works. Drumroll, please!!!
🥁🥁🥁 We are THRILLED to announce our BRAND NEW studio location! That’s right, District Dance is moving! If you’re a dedicated dance parent, your first question is probably WHERE? Not to worry, our new location is just 3 miles away from our current spot, right in Gaithersburg. Check out our new address below!

As many of you probably know, our studio space is more than just a building. It’s a space for community, inspiration, and treasured memories for so many young dancers. District Dance is a home away from home for both our students and staff. With all this in mind, we knew it was time for an expansion and beautiful revamp!
Join us as we share details about our NEW home! Here are just a few things our dance families can expect as we shift our programs to our new location this Fall:
- More studio space! While our old location only had 3 studios, our Gaithersburg location will have 4! This means we’ll be able to offer more class options than ever before, providing options and flexibility for parents.
- An Intimate Performance Space. Starting this dance season, our dancers won’t have to wait until the Spring Recital to experience the spotlight! Our new studio space will have a performance space so our dancers can share those sparkling moments more often.
- A BRAND NEW Teen Hangout Zone. We love providing space for our dancers to connect with one another. In this new space, our dancers will be able to lounge, chat, snack, and do homework in a beautiful space with inspiring decor. We know this will be a hit amongst our oldest dancers!
- A More Convenient and Central Location in the Community. This move will mean that our dance families will have tons of shopping and dining options close by the studio. Whether it be an ice cream date after dance or a quick trip to the store while your child is in class, dance classes in Gaithersburg have never been more convenient!
